School District 64 -
Approximately 4,300 students and 600 staff members learn and work in eight well-maintained school facilities. Standardized test scores are well above state and national averages. Educational excellence is reflected in our quality programs: language arts, mathematics, hands-on science, social studies, foreign languages, art and physical education. In addition, instrumental and vocal music programs, computer labs, library and media resource centers, exceptional middle school elective courses, plus programs for gifted children and those with special academic or other needs enhance the curriculum. There is a district-wide focus on civil behavior that is integrated into instruction in all curricular areas.
District 64 includes all of Park Ridge and a portion of Niles. Maps that define boundaries are available at the schools, the District office, or the Website:www.d64.org.
