Center of Concern

The Center of Concern provides programs and services that foster physical and mental well being, alleviate isolation, and enable individuals to maintain independence with dignity. Located in Park Ridge, The Center has been serving Maine Township and surrounding communities since 1978.  We offer programs to adults in three areas: support services for the elderly (case management, telephone reassurance, friendly visiting, in-home care referral, shopping), counseling (personal, employment, Medicare, legal, financial, tax, wills) and housing assistance (home sharing, transitional, homeless prevention).
