Speaker: Joe Dydio, General Manager, Make Room for Truman.
Joseph Dydio was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Illinois. He has been in the restaurant industry for over 22 years where he uses his years of experiences to further develop his team and grow his business. Over the course of the past 10 years, he has had the honor and privilege of opening two restaurants in the Park Ridge community. During the past decade, he has become a well know community figure by inviting his fellow neighbors into his restaurant and treating every guest like family. Joe was excited for the opportunity of open Make Room For Truman. MRFT is a fine dining experience where the food is slow cooked to perfection all while creating the ambiance of being right at home at your grandmother's house. Make Room for Truman is the first of it's kind. The concept is the perfect fit for Joe as he himself makes every guest feel like family and ensures nothing but perfection in the product he serves. Joe has created numerous of business and personal relationships throughout the years in Park Ridge. He is honored to share what he has learned over the years within the community to assist all his Park Ridge family to further build and grow their businesses.
