About Robert Beezat:
Robert Beezat is a management consultant who has worked with over 350 public, private, and not-for-profit organizations around the country. He is also a former city manager and business owner. He has been an adjunct faculty member at several universities teaching business, human resource, and supervisory management courses. He is the author of Character Based Management: A Key to More Productive & Effective Organizations and Knowing and Loving: The Keys to Real Happiness.
