Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is a 645-bed tertiary care, academic and research hospital, Level I Trauma Center and one of the largest hospitals in the Chicago area.  It also is home to Advocate Lutheran General Children?s Hospital, a Midwest referral center for infants and children and one of the most comprehensive providers of pediatric care in the state.
